The MPE&VCA DealShare Platform supports businesses of all stages of development in Myanmar to get direct access to Myanmar's leading investors who support responsible business practices. The platform is dedicated to enabling businesses that are seeking to raise seed or growth capital and are considering selling their equity stake.
The DealShare Platform aims to efficiently close the communication gap between those seeking to raise capital and those with capital. As new companies list their needs on the platform, the Association also develops a stronger understanding of the needs within this market, which can be further responded to.
Companies from all stages of business, from startups seeking seed capital, corporates intending to raise growth capital, to businesses intending to sell partial or all of their operations, are eligible to join the platform for free.

The Myanmar Private Equity & Venture Capital Association is a group of institutional investors dedicated to improving the venture capital and private equity industry in Myanmar. MPE&VCA aims to provide a forum where the importance of venture capital and private equity can be discussed and shared amongst its members, and can then be used to benefit all of the industries in Myanmar.
