All users use the DealShare services at their own risk.

No endorsement:

Listing information on the DealShare Platform should not be considered as an endorsement or a recommendation to invest in a business. All Investors should conduct their own due diligence and seek professional advice.

Disclosure:

By listing on the MPE&VCA DealShare Platform, the company listed on the platform provides full and transparent disclosure of the information shared, which may be relied upon by MPE&VCA's members as a reference in making decisions to support the financing initiative, whether directly or indirectly.

No liability:

MPE&VCA shall bear no liability for any matters arising from or in connection with its role as a facilitator in supporting the deals listed on the platform.

Legality:

All Investors are responsible for ensuring that it is legal to use the DealShare Platform in their own jurisdiction. The DealShare Platform may only be used for lawful purposes and lawful businesses.

Confidentiality:

All users should treat all information received through the DealShare Platform as confidential and should not pass such information on. No user may copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or display any information on the DealShare Platform.

Indemnity:

The users of the DealShare Platform agree to indemnify MPE&VCA for any claims made by third parties.

Licences:

The parties give MPE&VCA the licence to host and distribute all information provided.
